My husband and I love living in the serenity of a clearview home place where peace and calmness abound. It is the perfect place to raise a family and our animals. We are committed to producing quality meats and vegetables for our customers. We raise our animals via a rotational grazing system moving them where they need to be to thrive in a healthy environment. We grass feed our lamb and pasture our poultry to increase the amounts of vitamins & omega-3 fatty acids needed to aid in a more healthy food for our customers. Our pigs are raised with healthy foods they need to produce a quality tasting product, whole hog sausage, which uses the entire pig for the sausage. This gives the sausage a leaner and better flavor.

Our egg-laying chickens have access to many garden items such as tomato plants, broccoli plants, cabbage plants, muscadine leaves, etc to produce great tasting eggs. Eggs are a good source of Protein, Roboflavin and Selenium as well as a good source of Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid, Iron and Phosphorus. Compared to duck eggs, chicken eggs have about half the fat and cholesterol.
