Shiitakes take Denver!
Brian Rollins of Riverbend Nursery has a bumper crop of mushrooms. Plenty of recipes can be found at the Mushroom Council’s site. Mushroom cultivation has increased in North Carolina due to the efforts of NC Cooperative Extension and NC A&T University.
