Just learned a new trick for corn. Cook it in the shuck in your microwave for 4 minutes per ear. Then remove the ear of corn and cut the stalk end off – cutting enough so all shucks are cut and the bare corn cob exposed. Then, holding the top of the ear,
push the corn out the bottom. It will come out without silks and will be ready to eat. Try it!
